35-year-old actress Heather Graham spent most of the 90s in small films. It took Boogie Nights and Lost In Space to put her on the map, and playing Felicity Shagwell in The Spy Who Shagged Me made her a box office star.
She has just finished filming Broken, playing a woman whose ex-boyfriend is determined to win back her love, or die trying.
Framework
It is hard to imagine that the 5ft 8in actress was considered a 'geek' at her high school in Agoura Hills, California.
Then, when she was 18, she made her movie debut in the teen comedy License To Drive. "It was bizarre," she says.
"In one world I was considered really beautiful, and in the other I was a complete loser."
Many consider her best feature is her gray-blue eyes, which have been described as "big luminous planets unto themselves."
But she adds: "I also like having big boobs." She has become renowned for her willingness to strip and show off her lithe body in front of the cameras. She discarded all of her clothes in Boogie Nights.
Exercise
She doesn't need to work out regularly, but enjoying doing little things that are positive for her body - like walking instead of driving.
She does try to squeeze in a few minutes every day of exercises designed to tone specific muscles. And she does have regular yoga sessions.
Diet
She loves cooking and preparing meals that look exotic but which, in fact, contain healthy ingredients.
"I often invent my own recipes which, invariably include white meat or pasta and sauces. Like every health-conscious person should, I eat plenty of fresh fruit and love freshly-squeezed orange juice."
Love-life
She is single, but has had a string of ex-beaux who have included James Woods, Kyle MacLachlan, her Lost In Space director Stephen Hopkins, Ed Burns, Heath Ledger, and more recently, Josh Lucas.
