Cubs on the move

Mar 21 2005

By Evening Gazette

In reply to N Cook of Stokesley (Lambs To Slaughter, 11.3.05) I am also opposed to hunting foxes. By all means control foxes but shoot them, at least it's a humane end.

He is a selective letter reader as he doesn't mention the many letters printed in the national press from country folk who also abhor this pastime.

And could he explain why fox cubs are transported to parts of the country where there are a shortage of foxes, only to be hunted in the end?

Why not just kill them in the first place? Oh I forgot, that spoils the fun.

By the way, the above statement was made in the national press by the hunting fraternity.

By the way, when did a farmer ever vote Labour?

F PREST, Eston
