A Bill containing measures to prevent the sale of air guns to anyone under 17 and to prohibit their use in a public place is currently going through Parliament.
But Mrs Taylor wants it toughened up and will use Dylan's case to press home her point when it is debated on Tuesday. Mrs Taylor wants the law changed so that all air weapons are licensed.
